Privacy Policy

Anuloma Viloma Timer ("the App") is developed by Fruitloader ("we", "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Data we collect

  • Session records: date, duration, rounds, and inhale length for each completed session. Stored locally via SwiftData and optionally synced to your personal iCloud account via CloudKit.
  • App preferences: settings such as round count and notification preferences. Stored locally via UserDefaults and iCloud Key-Value Storage.
  • Subscription status: whether you have an active Pro subscription. Managed entirely by Apple's StoreKit; we do not store payment information.

Data we do not collect

  • We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
  • We do not collect location data.
  • We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party analytics (e.g. Firebase, Amplitude).
  • We do not track you across other apps or websites.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

iCloud sync

If you are signed into iCloud, your session history and preferences sync to your private iCloud container via CloudKit, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The Developer cannot access your iCloud data. You can disable sync anytime in Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud.

Local notifications

If you grant notification permission, the App may send a single daily reminder to practice. No notification data is transmitted off your device. Revoke permission anytime in Settings → Notifications → Anuloma Viloma Timer.

In-app purchases and subscriptions

All purchases are processed by Apple. The Developer does not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or Apple ID credentials.

Data retention

Your data remains on your device (and in your iCloud account, if enabled) until you delete the App or clear your history. We have no server-side copy of your data.

Children's privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time and will update the date above. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.
